The Rosewind Country Dance Band from Port Townsend will provide the rhythms from 8 p.m. till 11 p.m., but first dance caller Marlin Prowell of Bellingham will offer a beginners' workshop and refresher at 7:30 p.m. Prowell is known for his easygoing style, which helps the feet know what to do before people have time to fret about it.

A $10 donation pays for workshop/mini-lab supplies for one camper, $50 pays for all classroom materials for one camper, $100 pays for field trip transportation for two campers, and $900 pays for a full scholarship for one local girl, organizers said.
