    With just $34,300 raised of a $100,000 goal needed for a new building loan, St. Vincent de Paul in Port Orchard is dangerously close to missing a bank deadline of March 1. Sean Jeu, the not-for-profit's general manager and director of operations, said he met Tuesday with officials of the agency's bank lender. The bank, which Jeu wouldn't name, told him they would need receipt of down payment funds by March 1 to complete paperwork so ground can be broken April 1 for a new St. Vincent de Paul building.
