    As a customer of Florida Power and Light, I was disappointed to see that the Florida Public Service Commission voted to allow FPL to charge the customers for the damage to their equipment from Hurricane Matthew. I have to pay for insurance on my home to cover the losses I suffered from the storm, and then pay out of my pocket for what is not covered.
