    A Port Orange man was arrested Friday morning on 10 counts of possessing child pornography. Ryan McCrann, 19, has been under investigation by the Volusia County Sheriff's Office and the ICE-Brevard-Volusia Child Exploitation Task Force since receiving a tip in May. The tip and resulting investigation prompted a judge to issue an arrest warrant for McCrann on Thursday.

Ryan McCrann was charged with 10 counts of possession of sexual performance by a child after investigators found the teen had downloaded the explicit material in the form of videos and pictures, Volusia sheriff's spokesman Andrew Gant said.
