    A 30-year-old fugitive from Washington state was arrested in Ponchatoula Thursday after police were called to investigate a man who was harassing customers and acting suspicious at a convenience store. When officers arrived at the Circle K on Highway 22 West, they learned that the man, James Dean Duncan, was wanted by the Washington State Department of Corrections, Ponchatoula police reported in a Facebook post.
