    A man was hospitalized Friday after he slit both his wrists, set fire to his home and called 911, telling an operator "suicide by cop" before hanging up.     After a months-long investigation, several people were arrested in connection to a fatal shooting outside an Ontario convenience store last summer, according to court records. Miguel Angel Mauri , 29, of Rancho Cucamonga father and husband was shot at the HK Food Store at 1220 E.
