    Victor Solis , the father of a fugitive ex-LAPD officer suspected of killing a Pomona man, was indicted Wednesday for allegedly lying to the FBI. Solis, 53, of Lancaster, misled investigators in an effort to prevent law enforcement from finding his son Henry Solis, 27, of Ontario, who has been missing since March 13. That's when police believe he shot and killed Salome Rodriguez Jr., 23 of Ontario, in downtown Pomona just outside a nightclub.
