    One of the people believed to have been involved in a Monday morning shooting that injured two people in Pomona has been arrested, police say. Anthony Tucker Jr., 21, and William Washington, 83, both of Pomona, were treated on the scene and taken to a hospital where their condition was stable, Pomona police said in a news release.
