    TRENTON - The son of a Pollocksville woman has been arrested and charged with murder in her death on Thursday. Jones County Sheriff Danny Heath released a Facebook statement that Michael Wayne Cisco was arrested Sunday for the murder of Linda Gale Hall.

    Around 10:30 Wednesday night, Maysville Volunteer Fire Department, Loco Volunteer Fire Department, Pollocksville Volunteer Fire Department, Belgrade Volunteer Fire Department, and Pumpkin Center Fire Department responded to a fire at 135 Tyndall Lane in Maysville, Mike Jordan, Maysville Volunteer Fire Department Chief, said. Although the cause of the fire was still under investigation by the fire marshal Sunday afternoon, Jordan said there were two to three explosions from oxygen tanks within the home.
