Appealing convictions on New York charges of trying to kill the woman by running her off the road and then trying to hire someone to kill her, DiValentino, 60, was convicted of kidnapping, intimidating a victim, retaliating against a victim, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, stalking, simple assault, false imprisonment and harassment.
