    Expenses from core services outpaced operating revenue at Excela Health for the six months ending Dec. 31, driving a 1.0 percent loss for the period when compared to the same time in 2014, newly released financials indicate. Expenses from operations at the three-hospital system based in Greensburg rose 5.1 percent to $263.5 million for the period while operating revenue was up just 2.7 percent to $264.7 million, according to system financials.
