The Waukon Police Department said officers discovered drugs and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, as well as a connection to theft at a Waukon store in which more than $1,000 of merchandise was stolen. 30-year-old Caley Edwards of Platteville, Wisconsin was arrested on charges of second degree theft, drug possession, unlawful possession of a prescription drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, control of weapon as a felon, providing false information, and interference with official acts.
