    ELIZABETH -- A 23-year-old man was in custody Thursday, charged with the fatal shooting on an 18-year-old Plainfield man and the wounding of another man last December in Plainfield. Isaiah Mayo-Givens, 23, also of Plainfield, was arrested at a home in the Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick and charged with murder and attempted murder, acting Union County Prosecutor Grace Park said in a joint statement with Plainfield police Director Carl Riley.
