According to a felony complaint, Charles Frederick Coghill, Ysrael Cardova, Ricardo Valenzuela and Augustina Velasquez are accused of killing "Robert R." during a burglary on Jan. 19. Valenzuela and Velasquez had a machine gun, according to the court filing, while Coghill was armed with an unspecified firearm.
