    Pinellas County Sheriff's detectives arrested a 18-year-old Pinellas Park man Wednesday on felony charges after he reportedly sent a nude photo of himself to a 14-year-old male. The man, who had been appointed as a leader within the Boy Scouts, was arrested at his home about 9:20 a.m. July 13. He was charged with one felony count of transmission of material harmful to a minor by electronic device and one felony count of certain uses of computer services or devices prohibited.
