T.U.D. anticipates both Lyons Reservoir and Pinecrest to be full through June, or potentially later, so there are no concerns about water supply this summer and into fall.

    The Tuolumne County Sheriff's Office reports that Amy Baron of Oakland and Leila Moinpour of Belmont were cross country skiing on Saturday. At 7:30pm, a concerned citizen notified the Sheriff's Office that the women were seen near Crabtree Trailhead, and the caller was concerned because one of them lost a ski in the creek and was having trouble walking in the snow.

However, motorists can still use Italian Bar Road on the Twain Harte side and Marshes Flat Road to get in and out of the Lake Don Pedro subdivision.

    A group of teens found the keys in a $20,000 rental pontoon boat and decided to set sail on Pinecrest Lake Thursday around 5:30 p.m. A Marina staff member took chase in another vessel and once in open water confronted the driver, a 15-year-old male, for stealing the boat. The marina employee convinced the teen to turn around and head back to port.
