    A 66-year-old Pinconning businessman accused of swindling a couple out of thousands for failing to repair their motorcycle is no longer facing a criminal charge. Bay County Circuit Judge Harry P. Gill on Thursday, Dec. 17, granted the prosecution's request to dismiss a charge of larceny by conversion between $200 and $1,000 in the case of Robert A. Graczyk Jr. It was the only charge Graczyk faced.

Third St. A bar employee had called 911 upon showing up to open the business and finding a door damaged and shattered glass, court records show.
