    TUCSON, AZ - Due to the heavy monsoon rains, the Pima County Health Department said they have been seeing an increase in complaints about mosquitoes breeding in stagnant water near homes or around empty pools, and some residents are worried these mosquitoes could potentially be carrying the Zika virus. Consumer health and food safety program manager David Ludwig said at one point, the department was getting up to 50 mosquito complaints a day.
