Anderson County deputies said they worked with Spartanburg and Greenville County deputies to identify Charles Essing III, of Greer, as the suspect in a Feb. 27 burglary.

Tucker William Hipps' body was found in the water under the Highway 93 Bridge on September 22, 2014 after the teen had been reported missing earlier in the day.

Clemson University police officers found the body of 19-year-old Hipps , of Piedmont, in water beneath the Highway 93 bridge on Monday afternoon.
