    A divided state Superior Court panel has overturned the conviction and jail sentence for a Corvette driver who was pulled over for revving his sports car's engine. The circumstances didn't support the cop's decision to make the stop, Judge Jacqueline Ference Olson wrote in the state court's majority opinion granting the appeal by Andrew Sikora Jr. Sikora was pulled over in downtown Phoenixville at 2 a.m. on Aug. 9, 2014 after passing Officer Matthew Fusco at a speed of 14 mph, according to Olson's opinion.
