Approval of a conditional redevelopment agreement is scheduled before the legislative body during that Wednesday night meeting, according to council's agenda. The Town of Phillipsburg owns the larger portion of the 300-acre site that rests in the two municipalities.

    According to the Warren County Prosecutor's Office, Thomas Hill, of the unit block of Brainard Street, was found in possession of 1,009 bags of heroin in his home after police executed a search warrant there Friday. Hill was charged with two counts of distribution of heroin, three counts of possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, three counts of possession of heroin, possession of a hypodermic needle, and being a fugitive from justice, prosecutors said.
