According to the affidavit of probable cause, Rinehart conspired with Lyndsie L. Holderman, 26, of Philipsburg to violate the Controlled Substances, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act.

    Thursday at 3:22 p.m. Matthew Minor, 29, of Huntingdon, was driving a 2010 Nissan Altima in the left lane of I-99 in Worth Township, Centre County when he lost control of the vehicle on the wet roadway. The vehicle went off the left side of road, hit the guide rail spun around and hit the guide rail a second time before coming to a rest partially in the left lane.
