    James Lee Elisha Mulheron, 76, formerly of Osceola Mills, passed away March 27, 2017 in Las Cruces, N.M. surrounded by family.He was born on April 1, 1940 in Philipsburg, to Alexander Frank Mulheron and Madeline Violet Greek.James grew up in Osceola Mills. He graduated from Osceola Mills High school in 1958 and immediately enlisted in the U.S. Army where he honorably served for 30 years before retiring from White Sands Missile Range, N.M. with the rank of Sergeant Major in 1988.

A bid for the new facility in Bellefonte has been accepted, with work to begin this spring when it is officially approved.
