    The National Weather Service in State College has issued a winter weather advisory from midnight through 1 p.m. Thursday for parts of Schuylkill, Lebanon, York and Lancaster counties. Snow accumulations of one to three inches are expected in those areas with a possibility of a light dusting in areas along Interstate 81. The change in the projection is a result of an even stronger nor'easter than expected, said Aaron Tyburski, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in State College.
