Philip Osars Emiabata of Pflugerville was involved in a truck crash in Wythe County, Va., on April 1, 2014, in which a tractor-trailer he was driving ran off Interstate 81 north and overturned into the median at about 3 a.m., according to a report from The Roanoke Times.
