    A Colorado Springs man killed in an El Paso County crash over the weekend has been identified as 27-year-old Jose Perea, the Coroner's Office said Wednesday. Perea was driving south in a GMC Sierra pickup on Curtis Road, about a mile south of Jones Road in Peyton, when the vehicle hit a Dodge Ram that was heading north and making a left turn into a private driveway, the Colorado State Patrol said.

Andres Pedrioso Cuellar, 35, and Lianet Casimiro Rubido, 18, are suspected of identity theft, while Cuellar also is accused of operating an illegal marijuana grow after investigators raided a home in the 9100 block of Sunningdale Drive in Peyton, police said.
