Carey said that Wilbert Hernandez, 34, of Perth Amboy has been arrested and charged with the stabbing murder of Ramon Lugo, 35, whose body was found in the woods earlier this week. Hernandez, who also was charged with armed robbery, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon, is being held at the Middlesex County Adult Corrections Center in North Brunswick, waiting for bail to be set.
