    Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested Galen Robert Kountz, 43, an active member of the United States Navy, of 6031 Dallas Ave., Pensacola, for possession of child pornography. Agents received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children which indicated that a suspected child pornography image was uploaded to a message board.
