    Four suspects in three separate cases were indicted this week by the Ritchie County Grand Jury on a combined 92 charges of sexual assault and sexual abuse involving minors. Jerry A. Donley, 39, of Pennsboro, faces 40 counts, including 14 charges of sexual abuse by a custodian, 13 charges of incest, nine of first-degree sexual abuse and four of second-degree sexual assault.
