    A motorist who was pulled over by cops for driving a gold BMW without a license plate near the Holland Tunnel turned out to be an interstate fugitive - wanted for money laundering and other crimes, police said Monday. Nashon Diamond Utterback, 22, of Penn Hills, Pa., gave cops a fake name when they stopped him in a 2015 Beemer with a New Jersey plate at 8:30 p.m. Sunday, according to Port Authority Police.
