McCarty announced that Brendan Cronin of 60 Ball Avenue, Yonkers New York was sentenced today to nine years in state prison on each felony count after having plead guilty on September 22nd, 2015 to: On April 29, 2014, at approximately 11:55 PM, the defendant, an off duty New York City Police Officer after spending a day of in-service training at the New York Police Department's Firearms and Tactics Section at Rodman's Neck in the Bronx and after spending several hours at a bar on City Island, proceeded to drive home when he stopped and parked in Pelham.
