    Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo called the proposal put forth by the Pawtucket Red Sox ownership to finance a new stadium - with at least $38 million of subsidies from the state - a "good deal" on Monday, while reserving final judgment before seeing any legislation submitted to the General Assembly. Raimondo's remarks came following a meeting of the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation which saw the Commerce board approve tax increment financing and Rebuild RI Tax Credits for The Procaccianti Group's new hotel at the location of the old Fogarty Building in downtown Providence - as well as $2.2 million in incentives to bring Vistaprint to Rhode Island.
