    A Morgan County man charged with burglary, who is also wanted in other areas on similar charges, was arrested after officers found him hiding in a Morgan County home. Kevin R. Cain, 44, of Rio, was arrested Thursday on warrants for a bond violation in Morgan County as well as on warrants from Hardy County and Frederick County, Virginia, according to Morgan County Sheriff K.C. Bohrer in a press release.

The Morgan County Commission adopted an Unsafe Structure and Property Enforcement Ordinance in a 2-1 vote Aug. 15. Commissioner Ken Reed, author of the ordinance, and Commission President Joel Tuttle voted for adoption.
