    The contractor who suffered fatal injuries from falling at the Chevron Refinery has been identified, according to spokesman Alan Sudduth. Albert Lee Byrd, II, an employee of Performance Contractors, Inc., died just after 7:30 p.m. Tuesday evening after falling from an elevated structure at the refinery, Sudduth said.
