The News Tribune reports the man apparently was attempting to pull a wooden pole out of the ground on a small farm in Parkland. The Pierce County Sheriff's Office says he had attached a rope to the bottom of the pole and the tractor and at some point the tractor flipped. Comment?

KCPQ-TV reported 25-year-old Daniel Munguia was charged Monday with vehicular assault for allegedly causing a collision with Deputy Sydney Davis in Parkland. Comment?

March for Our Lives is democracy in action
Last week I had the opportunity to sit down and talk with three Cheney High School students who are involved in the student-led movement that emerged in response to the shootings at Marjory Stoneman High School in Parkland, Fla.
