    A Pennsylvania man survived a gunshot wound to the head Friday evening in Parkersburg and authorities were later able to arrest a suspect in that incident. Parkersburg Police Chief Joseph Martin said the shooting victim, David Lawrence Johnson, 29, of Pittsburgh, Pa., was treated and released from Camden Clark Medical Center on Friday evening after being shot.
