    A Parkersburg man accused of having his 12-year-old son act as a lookout while he stole jewelry from two area Wal-Marts entered a plea agreement this week. Paul Wesley Boling, 40, who remains in custody at the North Central Regional Jail in Doddridge County, pleaded guilty Monday to one count each of shoplifting and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
