At a hearing held Wednesday in Butte County Superior Court, Judge Kimberly Merrifield granted a motion to vacate the 1991 convictions against Darwin Crabtree, 59, after attorneys for the Northern California Innocence Project brought forth evidence Crabtree's sons had not been truthful about being molested by their father.

Paradise police say that around 7:08 p.m. Mayberry was riding her bicycle in the eastbound lane of Elliott and when was reportedly hit from behind by an eastbound motorist, identified as 70-year-old Donna Mikel.
