    Paradise >> Patrick Feaster, who shot an unarmed man suspected of drunken driving, is no longer employed by the Paradise Police Department. Paradise Police Chief Gabriela Tazzari-Dineen told this newspaper late Monday afternoon that Feaster, who had been on leave and under an internal affairs investigation since what he said was an accidental shooting on Nov. 25, is no longer on the payroll.
