    Local businessman Matt Lamb came out on top of a five-man field of candidates for Poteau's Ward 3 Seat 2 seat in Tuesday's special election, according to results from the LeFlore County Election Board. The election was nonpartisan and no runoff will be required, even though no candidate received a 50 percent majority of the votes, according to the LeFlore County Election Board.
