    The photos of this deceased, nesting loggerhead sea turtle that washed up along the west end of Panama City Beach last week is just one instance where marine debris can tragically harm these animals. Plastic bags, which resemble jellyfish in the ocean, plastic bottles and beach chairs are just a few items that should not be left along the beaches to enter the waters, according to local turtle patrol volunteers.
