Juan Manuel Hernandez, 23, of Wilmington, attacked the victim at 2:55 p.m. last Oct. 7 in the 2000 block of Celestial Court.

A San Bernardino County man was arrested on suspicion of entering a bathroom stall occupied by a teenage girl at a Palm Springs Walmart and committing a lewd act - one day after he was convicted and released from jail for misdemeanor counts of sexual battery and child annoyance committed in Wildomar.
