Mastermind Rick Caruso now has city approval to commence construction on Palisades Village, and crews will get to work in just a few weeks, reports Curbed LA. As our sister real estate site notes, the three-acre revitalization project will "include the demolition of six buildings, a gas station and parking lots [to] restoration of the Bay Theater, which hasn't operated since 1978," among other highlights, Curbed adds.
