    Southern California is expected to swelter again today as the second session of unseasonably high temperatures settles over the region but cooling sea breezes are expected sometime Friday, the National Weather Service said this morning. Highs in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding area are expected to reach the mid 80s to low 90s today and Friday but the heat will not be as intense as expected earlier in the week, said meteorologist David Sweet at the NWS station in Oxnard.
