    The driver of a tractor-trailer involved in a fatal accident May 14 at Kelley Square is scheduled to be arraigned July 27 in Central District court on charges that include motor vehicle homicide. Gary Shray, 62, of Oriental, North Carolina, was cited by police for vehicular homicide, driving so as to endanger and failure to use care in turning in connection with the accident that claimed the life of 24-year-old Sarah Ewing of Hudson and resulted in serious injuries to her friend, 26-year-old Joseph Meszaro of Oxford.
