    Oviedo High baseball coach Harold Hitt had an inappropriate, nonsexual relationship with a 19-year-old female student, an investigative report released Monday by the Seminole County Public Schools district found. Hitt, who resigned his coaching duties last week, led the Lions to the Class 7A state championship in May. The school board is expected to vote whether to suspend Hitt from teaching without pay at a meeting on July 28. The investigation found that Hitt, 47, violated school-board policy by inappropriately communicating with a student through private Facebook messages over the course of a year, beginning in April 2014.
