Winding Hollow Homeowners Association is seeking at least $2,500 in damages from former association board member Ken Spalthoff, according to a civil lawsuit filed in circuit court.

State Road 434, near Vista Vistawilla Drive, is unique from the agency's other offices because it is open Tuesday through Saturday, giving residents an opportunity to visit on the weekends, Greenberg said.
