    A suburban St. Louis man is facing charges for allegedly allowing a murder suspect to hide under a bed in his home. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that 25-year-old Zakariyah M. Benruwin of Richmond Heights was charged last week with hindering prosecution, a felony.

    Despite objections from the Wapello County Supervisors, the Ottumwa City Council approved a resolution on Tuesday night that sets the wheels in motion for improvements at Ottumwa Regional Airport.     Two fishermen were stranded in the Des Moines River with a capsized boat between the dam and the Market Street Bridge. However the shallow river level due to the bridge construction was actually both good and bad; the good was that the fishermen were able to stay afloat, but the bad was that the fire department couldn't get their rescue boat in the water.
