    An Ottawa, Ohio man died after an apparent medical emergency Tuesday on the Ohio Turnpike near Perrysburg, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Bill Krouse, 48, was found unresponsive after a single-vehicle crash that was reported at 4:28 a.m. near mile marker 66.5. The van he was driving had struck the median wall, and the state patrol said it was reported the driver was suffering a seizure before the crash.
