Acosta, 42, of West First Street, was charged Monday with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell - all felonies. Investigators with the Oswego County Drug Task Force, with the assistance of the Oswego City Police Department, executed a narcotics related search warrant at the 300 building of 550 W. First St. About 1,230 grams of fentanyl, 324.3 grams of heroin and 62.1 grams of crack cocaine were seized.
