Phyllis Shaw of Heuvelton became emotional at last week's board meeting when she relayed a story about a relative who was left traumatized after hitting an Amish wagon last year with her motor vehicle on Irish Settlement Road, town of Oswegatchie.

The arrest occurred at 11:41 p.m. on 94 River Lane after a complaint made state police aware of the situation.
