Komisar, 53, of Osceola Mills, who is accused of threatening state troopers and two women with a chainsaw, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before District Judge James Hawkins yesterday at centralized court held at the Clearfield County Jail. According to the affidavit of probable cause, on Nov. 20 at approximately 2 p.m. Clearfield-based state police Troopers Brian Elensky and James Ensor were called to 120 Trcziyulny St. in Osceola Mills.

    A 17-year-old male stole a Samsung cell phone and Beats headphones worth $350 from a locker of a 15-year-old male at the Curwensville Area High School on Beech Street, on May 8. A 34-year-old Bellefonte man arrived at a private residence on Red Schoolhouse Road, Osceola Mills, to drop his daughter off at her mother's home and he went inside without permission and began using foul language and caused a disturbance. Sunday between 6-11:22 p.m. someone forcibly a residence at 3765 Pottersdale Road, Karthaus Township and removed several items including a wedding ring and several prescription drugs.

    Preliminary hearings for an Osceola Mills man who threatened two state troopers and two women with a chainsaw were continued until Dec. 7. His preliminary hearings were originally scheduled for centralized court today at 9:30 a.m. before District Judge Jerome Nevling. Joseph J. Komisar, 53, of Osceola Mills is charged in two separate cases.

Williams and passenger Tiffany Pigza, 22, of Curwensville were transported by Clearfield EMS to Penn Highlands Clearfield for treatment of suspected minor injuries.

Bickle is charged with felony one rape-forcible compulsion, F2 statutory sexual assault-four to eight years older, F1 involuntary deviate sexual intercourse-victim less than 16 years old, F2 aggravated indecent assault-victim less than 16 years old and misdemeanor one indecent assault-person less than 16 years old.
